In order to achieve week goals as above mentioned, Castila offers other programs for reinforcement, practice and reviewing when the

studentand the teaching staff considers that it‘s appropriate according to the student’s needs. Castila also propose objective test at the

end of every level, so that we can evaluate the process and guarantee the perfect timing.

In order to improve and achieve the C.2 level (mastery) goals, Castila proposes courses based on specific topics such as courses

applied toprofessional purposes (medicine, law, diplomacy, commerce, business, teaching...), Spanish and Latin American literature and

culture or othercourses whose objective is communicating in Spanish like a native or developing a professional career in a Spanish-

speaking country.

An intensive language course developed for anyone interested in commencingtheir studies or improving their communication skills in Spanish. Content, goalsand teaching methods are geared towards the communicative needs and thecompetence level of the student.

A very intensive Spanish language course developed for students who are moreambitious and wish to take advantage of additional classes, and for those whohave less time at their disposal.

An intensive language and culture course lasting a fixed amount of weeks. Designedfor students who can stay for a longer period of time. Set dates guarantee the qualityof services offered by Castila at more economic rates. Contents, goals and teachingmethods are geared to the communicative needs and the competence level of thestudent.

A complete, well-rounded program that includes coursework, activities and lodging.Students will be part of an international group of young people,including Spaniards,whose common language is Spanish. Spanish will be used in with their host familiesand in and out of the classroom in activities.

An integrated full immersion programme that includes coursework, socio-culturalactivities, and optionally lodging. Programmes of study are designed to complementand fulfill the student’s college syllabus. Castila´s courses are designed to satisfythe requirements for credit transfers.

The course is designed as preparation for students taking the D.E.L.E. exam. Studentsdoing any of the three levels (beginner, basic and superior) may take this class. Since1994, 98% of Castila-trained students have successfully passed their exams.

Organised by the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid in collaboration with accreditedlanguage centres, such as Castila. Exams take place in Castila after completion of thecourse. Please ask for examination dates. Examination registration is handled by theschool.

Specifically structured and designed to cater for the special needs of students andprofessionals: executives, airline personnel, businessmen, secretaries, translators,teachers and anyone who prefers individual tuition. Also available as a complement toany of the above courses.

Intensive Spanish course of one month directed towards university students whowould like to receive credit in their home university.

A three-month Spanish course and cultural immersion. Course focuses on grammar,theory, oral communication and pronunciation. Students will improve their speaking,writing, reading and listening skills.

Open programs organized in collaboration with the local university who wish toarrange a course for their students abroad.
