HappinessIs … A message from Jesus

There is truth in the saying, “The

way to be happy is to make others  

happy.” Putting another person’s need

or happiness above your own can

bring a sense of accomplishment that

makes you feel good, and in turn that

good feeling makes you  happy.

While doing things for yourself

can bring you a certain amount of

pleasure, there is nothing like the deeper

 satisfaction that comes from doing

 something that comes from your heart for

 someone else.

You're putting one of My spiritual laws

into effect—that when you give unselfishly 

 and you try to make others happy, you are

blessed in turn.

Another way to find

happiness is to put your

 trust in Me. Proverbs

16:20 says, “Whoever

 trusts in the Lord, happy 

is he” (NKJV). I care about

your happiness and your

enjoyment in life.Also, seek to make

Me happy. Psalm 37:4 

 says, “Take delight in

 the Lord, and he will

give you your heart’s

desires” (NLT).

Don’t be alarmed or

worried if you aren’t

 always feeling happy,because God made both

happiness and sorrow.

“When times are good,

be happy; but when

 times are bad, consider:

God has made the one

 as well as the other”

(Ecclesiastes 7:14 NIV).

Just try to give

 and live in love, as I

commanded, and you will

discover My joy and find

 that happiness you are in

need of.
