Source Guide is a curated listing of businesses serving the New York residential real estate market, focusing on co-ops and condos. Online and in print, it includes photos/logos, weblinks, and a business marketing description written to showcase your company’s strength. It appears online for a 12-month period, and is published in Habitat’s print edition in December of each year.

Online Advertising: Business Resource Library

An enhanced Source Guide listing, the Business Resource Library is a unique repository for your key marketing materials.

Each resource is either a link or a document that can be downloaded. Viewers can preview your resource by clicking on it and viewing it in ‘Lightbox,’ a simple script that used to overlay images on a page.

Your online library can be updated throughout the year. Additionally, we provide you with 50 printed postcards to direct potential clients to your Business Library Page, each containing your unique URL address and a scannable QR code.

from 2002, and is fully searchable by topic and keyword. It’s a vital resource for board directors as they make their decisions.

Cooperatives and Condominiums (CNYC) are partners in the exposition portion of the CNYC annual educational conference. Habitat handles sales and marketing to vendors

CNYC Conference: educates co-op/condo board directors in New York. Attendance ranges from 500 to 800 board members. Sixty seminars are offered through the Sunday event.
