Nutec building productsNutec's weather resistant qualities make it a popular and attractive alternative to timber and metal building products, particularly in coastal areas. The product range includes decorative cladding which can be used to create an attractive weather and waterproof finish to interiors and exteriors.


PEZULA GOLF ESTATE, KNYSNA

Steel pipe manufactureUsing international technology and locally produced steel, spirally welded steel pipes up to three metres in diameter are manufactured at the Group Five Pipe factory in Gauteng. Steel pipes have been successfully used as piles on deep water projects.

Quarry CatsQuarry Cats holds the mining, crushing and screening contracts to numerous rock dumps around South Africa. The company is involved in all aspects of metal recovery, crushing, mobile crushing, quarrying, screening and treating as well as mining and selling rock on its own behalf and contract mining for clients.

CONSTRUCTION

Group Five has been working with Vodacom at Voda Valley in Midrand since the mid-1990s. The first phase was for Vodaworld, the world’s first one-stop cellular mall with ultra-modern external façades and high-tech internal finishes throughout. Most recent was phase 6 for the highly technical MSC(mobile switch centre) building.
