FK 8000 series frame collector

FK 8000 series frame collectors are

manufactured in lightweight design on an

in-house fully automated robot manu-

facturing line. Bonding with a specially

designed 2-component adhesive is used as

the jointing technology.

The FK 8001 Mediterrano

is a product innovation within the FK 8000

range. An optimized ventilation concept

protects the highly selective coated

absorber against marine air corrosion.

This also reduces the intrusion of drifting

sand, making it ideal for use in marine and

near-desert regions.

FK 8003 7one

The wave frame design with black frame

solar glass gives a unique look. In addi-

tion to the standard mounting options,

such as freestanding or roof-mounted

installation, the 7one collector can also be

recess-mounted in the roof with its own

in-roof mounting kit.

FK 8007 „The all-rounder“

as the premium product in the FK 8000

range, it has numerous variants with

highly selective meander absorbers. The

collector’s fast-connector technology guar-

antees short installation times.

The FK 8009 Slimline

with an intelligent product design at a

high quality level, is an extremely attrac-

tive inexpensive frame collector type from

the FK 8000 range. A continuous glass

cover strip on all sides further enhances

the product’s appearance. The Slimline is

equipped as standard with simple cutting

ring connectors, and is thus made to mea-

sure for every market. Furthermore, the FK

8009 Slimline is also available as a special

collector for thermosiphon applications.

Aesthetic design and numerous environ-

mental and innovation awards distinguish

our collector families. Each individual

collector range has numerous custom-

er-specifi c designs. Hence, we are able to

offer several hundred different types of

collector variants and countless mounting

solutions.

VK 4000 vacuum tubes

GREENoneTEC vacuum-tube collectors

based on the proven Sidney

Principle. The vacuum reduces the heat

losses compared to conventional fl at

collectors. Special refl ection mirrors pro-

vide an optimum light beam, even at low

sunlight levels.

FK 5000 wooden frame collector

The wooden frame collectors of the

FK 5000 series with top manifolds are

designed for optimum integration into

the roof and are available in basic and

extension modules. The special system

for integration into the roofi ng guarantees

optimum sealing with the roof membrane.

FK Series 7000 tray collector

Aluminium tray collectors in this range

are silicone-free and dry-sealed. The

form-fi tting compression of the glass

cover strips with the tray and rubber seal

on all sides guarantee 100 % leak-tightness

and a long service life.

FK Series 9000 tray collector

The GREENoneTEC tray collectors in the

9000 range are made on one of the most

modern and fastest robot manufacturing

facilities in the world, with a unique qual-

ity control system. A specially developed

powerful adhesive is used as the jointing

technology for the tray collectors. The

collectors are equipped with a highly

selective, coated-aluminium meander

or harp absorbers. Thanks to its modu-

lar mounting system, the collectors can

be used for both freestanding installa-

tion, as well as for a variety of different

power plants such as district heating and

process heating systems, GREENoneTEC

has developed its own large-area collec-

tors with special performance features

that provide the optimum design for the

requirements of large solar thermal power

plants.

Highest performance benchmarks

Due to their special absorber design, the

collectors in the GK 3003 and GK 3002

ranges have attractive performance data

and properties. The GK 3003 demonstrably

delivers the current best performance on

the market for applications in the medium

temperature range. The GK 3003 is avail-

able in single-glazed and double-glazed

design anti-refl ective coating on both

sides. In the double-glazed model, the dou-

ble coated anti-refl ective glass increases

transmission and reduces refl ection to a

minimum, greatly reducing heat losses in

the process.

Maximum effi ciency for large systems

The GK 3003 series features serial inter-

connections of up to 220 m² with reduced

pressure losses and the smallest expen-

diture on piping. The meander absorbers,

designed for large installations, ensure

material-saving stagnation and draining

behaviour as well as a lower pressure loss.

Simple installation of the system

An optimised fastening system and easy

interconnection massively reduce the

expenditure for installing the system by

crane. In summary: Maximum perfor-

mance combined with lowest investment

costs for maximum „return on invest-

ment“. And all this includes a 10-year

For the thermosiphon system of

GREENoneTEC, the cost-effective „Slimline“

quality collectors are the starting point

where the connection lines from the solar

collector to the storage in the collector are

installed in integrated design. As a result,

this solution also meets high aesthetic and

visual requirements.

The 2-circuit system is equipped with a

150-litre tank. The tank features adequate

insulation with low heat losses and an

integrated magnesium anode for corrosion

protection. Upon request, the system can

also be equipped with an additional immer-

sion heater for short-term

hot-water supply.

The Solcrafte® principle is brilliantly

simple: the integrated collector-storage

system generates domestic hot water

from direct sunlight - quickly, always fresh

and hygienically clean. Even the slightest

radiation can therefore be converted into

heat and utilised effectively. The effi ciency

is signifi cantly higher than conventional

thermosiphon systems, as the heat trans-

fer medium is also the medium consumed.
