All set to work with your

Super Secretary?


First, you need to create an account


If have a GMAIL account, you’ll use the same account!


Type “Google.com” in your browser


You will be in Google.com


Click “Calendar”


It’s at the bar above Google


You will see this screen…


Sign in using your Gmail account


Click “Sign In”


Congratulations!


Now, you can create your first appointment


Remember your kitty Antonio?


You will create an appointment with Antonio’s vet…


Click “Create”


Type in the title…


Click on the date…


A calendar will appear


Click your appointment date


Next, you set the time…


Click on time


Select your appointment time


Scroll down and add more details…


You now have the basic details


Scroll down to make sure you’ll never forget your appointment!


Have fun and add color!


Now, decide how you want to be reminded of the appointment


Say, you want an email reminder, click on the email button


It will highlight “Email”


Next, you’ll set the reminder time, click the time box


Type in the number


Click on the minutes button


A dropdown screen will allow you to choose…


Click on your choice


Want an extra reminder so you never miss an

appointment?


Let’s add a pop-up reminder!


Type in the time


Click on the minutes button


A dropdown screen will allow you to choose…


Click on your choice


Now, you are all set!

Scroll UP!


You have set up an event


Click “Save”


You will go back to the calendar


To view the appointment, click “Month”


Great Job on your 1st event!


There it is!


Want to separate daily from monthly or yearly schedules?


You’ll create separate calendars

So EASY!!!


Let’s view your calendar


Click the button near My Calendars


A pop-up will appear…


Click “Create new calendar”


Type the Calendar Name


Click “Create Calendar”


Great job! You now have a monthly calendar!


Click “My calendars”


You now have 2 calendars!


You can view one calendar, just click one …


Or view BOTH!


Let’s create monthly reminders


Click “Create”


You will see the familiar screen


Type the name of the reminder


Set the date and time


Click “Repeat”


A pop up screen will appear!


Click the button under Repeats


Click “Monthly”


Click the Repeat Every tab and choose one


Click your choice under repeat by


Review: This is a monthly reminder, repeated every 14th of the month


Click “Done”


You will see this screen again


Just make sure the monthly calendar is selected


Scroll down to set the reminders


You now know how to set the reminders right? Do it!


Now, click “Save”


Great job! Missed electric bills are now a thing in the past!


To view all your appointments for the week, click all your calendars


Now, you can see all your schedules!


Want to create a “To Do List”?

That’s easy in Google Calendar!


Under “My calendars”, you see “Tasks”


Click “Tasks”


On the right side, “Tasks” will appear


Click on the blank space near the bullet


Type in a task


You can add more tasks…


Have you completed one task?


Simply click the bullet!


Totally awesome!


Now, you can manage your schedules and

NEVER MISS AN EVENT!
