Something about her carreer:

She started in 1967 at the Castrocaro Festival a competition for new voices and won singing a song from the great Italian singer Albano, called “Il sole” (The sun). In 1968 she participated to the Sanremo Festival but she was briefly eliminated. She was, also in several TV programes but didn’t have much luck!

After a few years she met Franco Battiato an Italian master of music and songs, and her carreer has a new start: she engraved the record “ENERGIE”(Energies).

In 2003 she’s back on the Sanremo Festival stage with the song Morirò d’amore (le tue parole).

On the stage she jokes about her bold head saying: I wasn’t satisfied with my old hairstyle…)

In 2004 she interpreted some old fashion songs from the Napolitan tradition TURNA A SURRIENTO, MARECHIARO, SERENATELLA D'AMORE, and an extraordinay version of a poetry written by “Totò De Curtis”, “A CCHIU' BELLA”, put into music by herself.
