Fume-A-Vent Wall-Mounted System Date 7/12 Pa No. WM-04 Wall Mount System TAB 8-A If your garage workstations are in relative proximity to a wall, then the wall-mounted system might be a good fit for your garage. Wall-mounted systems offer a simple method for making effective use of a centralized ducting and exhausting system. With this system, each bay can be easily opened and closed with a quick sliding gate right at the duct/hose conneciton. When you need to use this system, simply unhook the hose, connect the nozzle to the tailpipe and open the gate. 1. Crushproof hose connects directly to the central duct ventilation system and is mounted at the end of a garage bay. 2. Station can be closed by a simple damper installed at the hose connection point. 3. When needed, simply remove the hose from its hanger, attach the nozzle to the vehicle, and open the damper. Fume-A-Vent Crushproof Hose
Date 7/12 Part No. Type 1 - Crushproof Hose TAB 1-A1
The Crushproof hose features a totally collapsible rubber hose with capabilities of up to 600°. This hose is so durable, it can be left on the floor and run over by any kind of vehicle or machinery including cars, trucks, and semi's. The rubber hose holds its shape after being "crushed" and will withstand much more wear, and abrasion than most other hose. Crushproof hose can accommodate tailpipes up to 8 Inches in diameter, removing harmful carcinogens from the air.
Several types of Crushproof hose are currently available, including Flarelock, Dynomater, and ACT styles. Both types are normally limited to 11' sections and can be cut to meet specific needs.
The Flarelock hose can easily be connected to additional hose or adaptors without any special connections or modifications. The ACT hose features an optional wire helix for additional support, while loosing some "crush" abilities. This hose is also available in larger sizes.
Tailpipe adaptors, connections, garage door openings, and more accessories are also available for use with Crushproof hose.
This picture above is of the Crushproof Fla relock hose with male and female ends that easily connect to additional hose or accessories.
This picture features the Crushproof ACT hose with the wire helix option for additional strength.
NOTE: The ACT with helix option cannot be used on the floor as the wire will permanently bend when run over by vehicles or machinery.
