It has been almost seven (7) months since the instant case was filed and still no resolution was received by herein complainant. Also, please be reminded of Section 5 (a) and (d) of Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees." With this, the undersigned humbly ask for a copy of the Resolution pertaining to this case. Hoping for your immediate action on this request.
