The undersigned would like to follow up on the status of my criminal complaint filed before your Office against Teresita Javier for Oral Defamation and/or Slander by Deed.

It has been almost seven (7) months since the instant case was filed and still no resolution was received by herein complainant.

Also, please be reminded of Section 5 (a) and (d) of Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees."

With this, the undersigned humbly ask for a copy of the Resolution pertaining to this case.
