Charter
1. Mission – To provide Berea College with clean dormitory and office areas in a highly efficient manner along with the highest level of customer service.
2. Process Description – Housekeeping staff stores and retrieves equipment and supplies from a centrally located storage area.
3. Problem Statement – Because the equipment and supplies are not organized systematically by type and because a large amount of obsolete or broken equipment is stored in this area there is not a logical or efficient way to retrieve the required equipment.
