Transition: the passing from one stage of your life to another. Your secondary transition is all about moving from primary school to secondary school.

Create a creative secondary transition poster. Post your poster to Teams or email Mr Crump.

Think about some of the tips you learnt from watching the video clips.
Include a checklist of things they think they would need for a school day.
Think about and plan the things you might need to get ahead of starting at a new school this could include stationery, a planner, a calculator etc.
Also think about and write down the tips you learnt about how to find their way around a new school.
Use Google Maps to work out your route to school. This could be walking or cycling. Are there any hazards you need to be aware of?
