This presentation is about how ongoing telephony
calls can be
transparently moved between a local WiFi (802.11)
network and
cellular telephony systems such as GSM, 3G, etc.
Reasons for doing this are primarily economicalbut other reasons
may exists (e.g better audio quality).

GSM, expensive but good coverage.
Goal is to transparently move calls in order to minimizeexpenses
while still maintaining acceptable audio quality.

Observe that we postulate that GSM quality is
always standardised andthat GSM service is universal but more expensive.
The problem is reduced to predicting perceivedaudio quality.
