2. Indicate purpose of class what did you learn in this class?

3. Highlight top 2-3 strengths and 2-3 opportunitiesapproach this as an executive summaryin bulleted format– indicate details are in report

Limit to one (1) page & sign final draft

What are they doing well? What limits production/profit?

Indicate your top 3-5 recommendations Justify based on scientific data Prioritize your recommendations

Don’t get lost in the “details” – focus on the “big picture” “Where are they leaving money on the table?”
