    Purpose

    To improve the understanding of Umpire positions

    To introduce the concept of 5 Official crew

    To prepare officials for assignment as Referee in minor and High School Leagues

    To prepare Officials for assignments to the Referee and Back Umpire positions To prepare officials for assignment to sideline positions in a 5 official sstem!
