• Instrumental in finding Regional Office space in Denver for the company. Oversaw the buildout of our permanent office space from layout design to infrastructure and office furniture.

• Managed the land due diligence in the sale of the assets of the company for $478MM.

• Supported operations department over a four-year period in the drilling of 470 CBM wells in the Powder River Basin and 370 wells in the OJ Basin without any rig down time. Drilling resulted in the company organically doubling its production.

• Managed the acquisition of additional 38,000 net acres (doubling our presence) in the Grover development area of the OJ Basin, adding 500 potential 80-acre drilling locations. In addition, added another 23,000 net acres in concentric exploration play.

• Successfully managed integration of leasehold interests and division order records from a $250 MM acquisition into Excalibur database without additional contract support and expense.

(February 2001 - July 2004)

• In July of2004, managed the land due diligence in the sale of the company to Petro-Canada Resources for $534MM.

• In the Powder River Basin, instrumental in negotiating working interest units with four industry partners for development ofa 19,000 acre area in the coal bed methane play.

• Sold 25,000 acres in high graded prospects for $1.8 MM, retaining deep rights and a 5% overriding royalty.
