From anti-gravity and open-air yoga classes to private motorboat-trips to Formentera and the private island of Tagomago, this chic

property beside a Roman aqueduct offers plenty to do both on- and off-site. There’s a fabulous spa with Parisian Codage treatments, a rooftop bar and an infinity pool with Bali beds and bay views. Though the hotel has an adult feel (both of the main pools are adult only), there’s a kids’ club for ages 4-12 years as well as a children’s pool.

Rooms and suites offer minimalist décor combined with warm island touches. Inventive Italian and Mediterranean dining is available in the poolside restaurant, by the pool itself or in the rooftop bar, while famous Nikki Beach Club, with its live music and DJ sessions, is right next door.

The hotel is even prettier in real life than in pictures and the sea view from the room was simply gorgeous. The services and the food were excellent too. I will definitely

stay here again next time I’m in Ibiza!

All of the characterful suites, with their exposed stone and wood, have a balcony or terrace and sea view; some are adjacent to the hotel itself but enjoy the use of all its facilities. This airy and stylish family boutique hotel boasts a gorgeous setting overlooking Kalkan Bay. Featuring a main swimming pool

and a children’s pool, along with a sea-view bar and restaurant with a terrace, it’s a place for the whole family to enjoy. Another attraction is the private beach club, shared with the Likya Residence Hotel & Spa (see opposite), located a five-minute walk with swimming platforms and its own restaurant.

Rooms are fresh and airy, with bright splashes of colour and sea views. They include swim-up rooms with direct access to the main pool, plus rooms and suites with private plunge pools. This is an intimate spot with just 34 rooms, some sleeping up to three people and some interconnecting, so booking far ahead is vital.
