Migration Setup

1. Create your account

Visit app.data2crm.com and register your Data2CRM account. Provide your

name, email, choose the password and specify your phone number.

2. Specify Source CRM URL

• Specify your SugarCRM URL, select its type from the drop-down menu.

• Then, provide your login & password for SugarCRM.

3. Initiate Migration to Bitrix24

1. Go to Bitrix24 app web page and press ‘Install’ button.

2. Provide your Bitrix24 URL in the corresponding field.

3. Click ‘Install’ to add the application to your Bitrix24 account.

4. Specify Target CRM

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Bitrix24 and provide your URL.

• After pressing the ‘Log In’ button, you will be redirected to the migration

wizard.

Check the boxes

to activate the following

migration options:

• Account

• Contact

• Task

• Opportunity

• Lead

6. Start Demo MigrationNow, start your Demo Migration. Data2CRM moves up a limited amount of records

from all specified modules for you to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this

step and start

Full migration right away

7. Start Full CRM Migration

Proceed with the CRM data migration to Bitrix24.

After you start the full migration,

your SugarCRM data will be

moved directly to Bitrix24.

You'll receive an email

notification as soon as

the transfer is complete.
