We can take inspiration from the Haim ‘If I could change your mind video’ as they have a very simple setting and have used dim lighting to create an atmosphere within the shot, this is something that we aspire to use throughout our music video

Another video we can take inspiration from is form the album ‘faces’ and the song ‘save me’ throughout their video they have projected images on to bare white walls which we have planned to do throughout our music video but with video clips playing in the background and the projection flowing over the bodies of grace and ollie within our music video

In Alt j’s video ‘Matilda’ he uses a very plain simple background for the close up shots which is what we draw inspiration from in this music video, as for our close up shots we plan to use a very simplistic background to do the close up shots with

In our music video we want to jump cut to random ‘memories’ in random places, we can draw inspiration from the ‘worry’ video as it jumps from different place and this is something that we want to look to do in our video to go along with the story line that we have planned

Another music video which has random clips throughout is ‘Vampire Weekend’ ‘Step’ this is a really good music video to use as an example as it has a lot of the same ideas we want to use in ours with random sections of videos
