The ARGE Großkemm I Richard + Monse I Molnar, from Solingen had an uncommon construction to plan: a stationary care facility for 20 handicaped adults, aged 18 to 55 years. The ARGE erected a building for three living groups, each of it provides enough space for four or eight people.
