the milestones that moved mountains. Looking back, East West Partners can identify key milestones that took the company from start-up hopeful, to major market contender. The first of these was the Hyatt Regency in Beaver Creek (now Park Hyatt). Today it’s one of the premier resort hotels in North America.

With solid financial partners and growing success, East West Partners began expanding into neighboring Summit County, Colorado with Main Street Station in Breckenridge, The Reserve in Frisco and Three Peaks in Silverthorne.

Perhaps the most aggressive projects to date are in Denver with Riverfront Park and the highly anticipated urban redevelopment project Union Station Neighborhood. These communities will add immeasurably to the urban fabric of Denver. Next, it was on to the redevelopment of Northstar ski resort in Lake Tahoe, along with several more developments in Truckee and the north shore of Tahoe.

Zengo, an opulent 7,000-square-foot restaurant and bar in downtown Denver, has quickly developed a name for itself since opening in 2004. Written up as the place with a “Latin flair and Asian ting,” Zengo is a culinary Top 10. In summer 2008, East West Partners will unveil Restaurant Avondale, located in the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, where a special atmosphere and sumptuous ingredients are paired with great memories and breathtaking views. Three additional award-winning restaurants with unique offerings are located in the Tahoe Mountain Club, a private refuge for members.
