Cosmetics Re-BrandingStrategy Emerald has been working extensively with an Ayurveda skin and haircare brand in India to restructure their branding strategy to expandtheir consumer base and reach. Being a mid-sized player in the industry, with their own manufacturingunits in India, the brand possessed great scope for leading the domain.Emerald helped realize this potential by conducting end to end brandre-structuring. This comprised of primary and secondary marketresearch including surveys to understand what marketing modesappeal to the consumers in this segment, designing creativecampaigns, internal and industry analysis, exploring potentialcollaborations and implementation of the strategies.

Product Launch Brandingfor an Aerated BeverageEmerald  was hired by a leading Asian FMCG firm to devise acomprehensive strategy for a new product launch of an aeratedbeverage. The  brand in question had a portfolio of juices, candies,wafers and chips, and the one product absent from the portfolio wasan aerated  drink. Emerald  experts identified and studied the targetmarkets of the brand to tailor make the marketing strategy for eachsegment. Primary surveys were conducted with the target audience tobetter understand what they were looking for in the 'on-the-go'Beverages. This coupled with secondary analytics, created a robust strategy for launching the products across geographies.

Emerald has developed an end to end feasibility study and marketingstrategy for a dialysis centre in Nepal, Asia. This entailed thoroughmarket and industry research and a feasibility plan for setting up thecentre, a path-lab and pharmacy along with a comprehensive businessand financial model. Emerald along with its India partner firm, TheStrategy Boutique, ensured a robust plan complete with a strategicoperations plan including logistical and resource specifics.
