Forming the Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice, which will enable people to tell their stories of
judges’ abuse of power that they have suffered or witnessed;
insert the issue in the 2020 campaign; and bring about transformative change
in the judiciary and the rest of government

The Power Hour [email protected]
Dear Producer Russell, Mr. Brigham, Talkshow Hosts, and Advocates of Honest Judiciaries,
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your invitation to appear on your show. I accept it.
I went to The Power Hour website and on the webpage “In Memory of Joyce Riley 1948
– 2017” at https://powerhournation.com/in-memory-joyce-riley-1948-2017/, I read with interest
the following:
“Her [Joyce Riley’s] expertise and crucial voice lead her to the radio and well over 1500 radio guest appearances...In the Spring of 2000 The Power Hour Radio Show landed on the GCN Network. With her exuberant husband by her side Joyce laid the path for the modern independent media movement. The Power Hour became synonymous with blowing the lid off of our less than honest reality...Joyce endeared herself to a massive audience. The advent and success of the truth media can be traced directly to The Power Hour...”
A. The proposal for forming The Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice
If The Power Hour talkshow still carries the same clout in “the modern independent media movement” and reaches “a massive audience”, then you, as the producer of The Power Hour, are
in a position to entertain my proposal to become a leader in approaching talkshow hosts all over
the country in order to form The Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice(†>OL2:745, 891).
This Coalition is intended to be an ever growing aggregate of talkshow hosts that proceed in an organized fashion, as industry associations do. To begin with, the hosts can hold a weekly show
dedicated to allowing their audience to share their stories of judges’ abuse of power that they have
suffered or witnessed. Judges are unaccountable and consequently, abuse their power risklessly
for their gain and convenience. This is attested to in the articles referred to below. In brief, they
show the following:
A public figure as knowledgeable about financial matters and national politics as Sen. Elizabeth Warren has dare denounce ‘the self-enrichment of federal judges by abusing
their unaccountability’(†>OL2:1003); http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-media_DARE.pdf
Reuters has just published the findings of its extensive investigation of state judges and has

denounced their “hardwired judicial corruption”(†>OL2:1125); http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-Reuters_judges_investigation.pdf
I have produced a two-volume professional study* † of federal judges and their Judiciary, titled and downloadable thus:
Exposing Judges' Unaccountability and Consequent Riskless Abuse of Power: Pioneering the news and publishing field of judicial unaccountability reporting* †
At *>jur:21, the study provides this revealing experience of a talkshow host who initially intended to dedicate only part of his show to his audience’s sharing their stories of judges’ abuse:
This is how author Larry Hohol’s homepage, www.TheLuzerneCountyRailroad.com, describes his talk with host Sue Henry as part of a Barnes & Noble Author Event about his book The Luzerne County Railroad on judicial corruption in Pennsylvania: “The scheduled 20 minute appearance was extended to two hours after the switchboard lit up solid with phone calls from listeners”.
It is quite rare for media stations to throw off their carefully matched schedules of shows and sponsors to respond on the fly to even overwhelming audience reaction to their current show. That this happened demonstrates that even within the limited geographic reach of an FM station, i.e., WILK-FM, 103.1, his story of judicial abuse of power and betrayal of public trust stroke a cord with the audience. This experience supports the reasonable expectation that people elsewhere would react likewise to similar accounts because judges have been allowed to engage in such conduct with impunity long enough to have victimized and outraged many people everywhere. They have become Judges Above the Law.
B. The target audience of the Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice
Many people have been victimized by unaccountable judges’ abuse of power. They are among the parties to the more than 50 million cases filed in our federal and state courts every year(*>jur:84, 5), to which must be added the scores of millions of cases pending or deemed to have been decided
wrongly or wrongfully. The number of those parties is increased by many of their negatively
affected or impressed friends and family, peers, employees, clients, suppliers, shareholders, etc.
Judges can affect all of them because they are the most powerful officers in our country, having
the last word on the disposition of We the People’s property, liberty, and all the rights and duties
that frame our lives and shape our identities. All of those parties and related people form the
Coalition’s vast target audience: The Dissatisfied with the Judicial and Legal System.
I have posted some of the articles in my study to my website Judicial Discipline Reform at http://www.Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org. They have elicited such a positive reaction among its
numerous visitors that 32,781+ have become subscribers. One can assume that they too would like
to have the opportunity to tell the stories of judges’ abuse that they have suffered or witnessed.
More than 2,000 women lawyers signed the “Moms in the legal profession” letter by September 24, 2018, to support Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who accused Supreme Court justiceship nominee
J. Brett Kavanaugh of having sexually attacked her when he was 17 years old. The fact that they
were able to pass the word, organize, write the letter, and send it to the U.S. Senate Committee on
Judicial Nominations in a matter of days points to their commitment and capacity to mobilize

themselves and others(†>OL2:768, 755). Female and male lawyers are abused by judges just as
are the parties that they represent. After all, what can lawyers do other than appeal abusive
decisions to other judges, who themselves engaged and still do in the same or similar abuse and
will not incriminate themselves by finding fault with their appealed-from colleagues?
The above applies also to the more than 2,400 law professors who on October 3, 2018, wrote that Senate Committee to state their opinion that it should not recommend the confirmation of J.
Kavanaugh by the Senate.(†>OL2:768) Given that many of those professors clerked for judges as
law clerks for at least a year, they have inside information(†>OL2:1014) about the abuse that
judges and court clerks engage in a coordinated manner so that they have institutionalized abuse
as their modus operandi(†>OL2:1051).
The fact is that almost 700 former and current clerks wrote letters to Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., to complain about the abuse by judges that they had suffered or witnessed
(†>OL2:645§A). It was only as a result of the public outrage provoked by the MeToo! movement
-which erupted after the publication of the exposés of Harvey Weinstein by The New York Times
and The New Yorker on October 5 and 10, 2017, respectively- that the Chief Justice announced in
his 2017 Year-end Report on the Federal Courts that he was convening a committee to study the
problem of abuse in the federal courts. That committee held one single public hearing in the whole
country on October 30, 2018, at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, DC,
and accomplished the same as similar hearings held in 1986, 2000, 2008, and 2015(†>OL2:
1057¶¶11-12): nothing(†>OL2:783-791):
The judges have continued to dismiss 100% of complaints against their peers and deny 100% of petitions to review dismissals(OL2:755, 847). They held sham hearings(OL2:
1056, 1057). http://Judicial-Discipline-
Reform.org/retrieve/DrRCordero_collected_statistics_complaints_v_judges.pdf
The clerks and the complainants will deem the talkshows the only avenue left to make their complaints heard.
http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-reporters_clerks.pdf
Law students at Harvard and Yale took the initiative in organizing students at Ivy League law schools to protest the confirmation of Then-Judge Kavanaugh. They will be outraged at professors
who participated during their clerkships as enforcers of their judges’ abuse and who have kept
silent about what awaits them if they clerk for judges(†>OL2:645).
http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-Professors_students_lawyers.pdf
They will also be outraged at the judges who lured them to the 2018 hearing although the judges had no intention whatsoever of establishing an effective system for processing
complaints against their peers. This was a sham hearing that misled the students into
spending money on travel, hotel, and meals, and taking time away from their studies.
Therefore, the students’ participation in the hearings upon the judges’ pretense caused the
students injury in fact. That is compensable, providing them a cause of action against the
judges for fraud and abuse of process.
Those students, among the best and the brightest, who were vocal in their articles against a future justice of the Supreme Court and in their testimony on complaint processing can
be expected to voice at the talkshows their outrage at the judges.
The lockdowns, social distancing, and widespread unemployment that Covid-19 has brought upon our country will force a lot of people to file for personal and corporate bankruptcies. Individuals

can appear in court without a lawyer, that is, pro se, and the vast majority of them will do so for
the obvious reason that bankrupts do not have money to pay lawyers. But even companies, which
must appear through a lawyer, will be at the mercy of judges and “bankruptcy professionals”, such
as bankruptcy trustees and lawyers, accountants, warehousers, appraisers, auctioneers, liquidators,
receivers, etc.(*>jur:81169). They are mostly insiders and function as cronies (*>jur:35§3).
In 1979, Congress found that their “cronyism” warranted the substantial amendment of the bankruptcy law. It was for naught: In 2005, Congress still found an “absence of effective
oversight” in the bankruptcy system. The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer
Protection Act that it adopted that year has failed for the same reason: ‘oversight cannot
be effective’ so long as judges supervise themselves and dismiss 100% of complaints
against them.(*>jur:32§§2, 3)
Millions of Covid bankrupts, going through the most financially and emotionally devas-tating experience, will have no choice but to go to court in search of bankruptcy relief.
Instead, self-overseeing judges and their cronies will see to it that they, whether appearing
with or without lawyers, are wiped out! As a result, bankrupts are likely to be among the
most outraged participants in the talkshows on judges’ abuse of power.

Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_inform_outrage_be_compensated.pdf
C. The issue of judges’ interception of people’s emails and mail and its insertion into the 2020 campaign
The most outraged group and most enthusiastic audience of the Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice may turn out be the national public itself as judges’ most blatant abuse of power becomes
exposed: judges’ interception of the public’s emails and mail in order to detect and suppress those
critical of judges. All is needed for this statement to be responsible at this stage of the investigation
is probable cause to believe(†>OL2:1081) that the judges have committed and continue to commit
such interception.
http://Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_judges_intercepting_emails_mail.pdf
Through such interception, judges interfere with the public’s exercise of its most cherished rights, to wit, those guaranteed by the First Amendment of “freedom of speech [including written in emails and mail], of the press, and the right of the people to assemble [on the Internet and on social media] to petition the government [of which judges form the third branch] for a redress of
grievances [such as compensation for abuse]”.
Judges have the means of carrying on such interception: They run their own nationwide computer network and have the required expertise to do so. Moreover, they have leverage over the intelli-
gence agencies, which depend on the judges’ approval of the agencies’ secret requests for secret
orders of secret surveillance under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The agencies’ com-
puter networks and expertise are even more extensive and sophisticated. The networks of all those
entities can be used to illegally acquire and conceal assets, evade taxes, and launder money
(*>OL:1). Judges will not be able to pretend to be acting “in the national security interest”, for
they are motivated only by their crass self-interest in keeping the gain and convenience that they
have already grabbed and continuing to grab even more thereof.
You and your fellow talkshow hosts will be able to contact as many as you want among the thousands of journalists, professors, students, and victims of judges’ abuse whom I emailed
evidence and law research in harmony with their published articles and statements or requests to

me for legal assistance, but from whom I never received a reply.(infra ¶27) That is not possible
but for the interception of my emails to them or their replies to me.
In fact, ours is a divided country of 333 million people with roughly the same number of them on either side of any issue. Most are distributed around the middle position of an issue and ever fewer
numbers of them are distributed all the way to its opposite extremes. That represents a statistical
normal distribution of a series of values; cf. the Covid curve started low with a handful of cases;
kept rising to reach a peak; and is expected to flatten and go down on the opposite side over time
to few cases.
I have tens of thousands of email addresses; permission to post my articles to hundreds of yahoo-, google-, and io- groups, many of which have thousands of members; and email them as frequently
as media outlets email their articles. It is abnormal that I hardly ever receive a reply....yet, my
website has 32,781+ subscribers. You are the first member of the media to contact me this year.
D. Using your show to begin forming the Coalition and
enable the people to turn it into a political powerhouse
You can seize this opportunity to stand on the shoulders of your predecessor, Joyce Riley, reach out imaginatively and persistently to fellow talkshow hosts, and with them break(†>OL2:949) the
issue of judges’ unaccountability and consequent riskless abuse of power. Thereby you can make
a national name for yourself at the most opportune time: during a hotly contested presidential
campaign(†>OL2:951) approaching the nominating conventions and Election Day.
Indeed, you can use your show to start inserting in the 2020 campaign(†>OL2:938) the issues of judges’ interception of emails and mail, in particular, and judges’ abuse of power, in general, so
as to force every politician(†>OL2:957) to take a stand on them, including Sen. E. Warren
(†>OL2:1020). The public outrage provoked can force politicians to hold nationally televised
congressional hearings on judges’ abuse of power.
The public interest in the issue manifested through your and your fellow hosts’ shows can foster the interest in the proposed unprecedented citizen hearings(†>OL2:1128§c, 1047). They are to be:
http://judicial-discipline-reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_citizen_hearings-Professors.pdf
conducted jointly by talkshow hosts, journalists, professors, and other experts rather than politicians;
held at universities(*>OL:60, 255) and media outlets;
intended for people to testify to the abuse by judges that they have suffered or witnessed;
broadcast nationwide through interactive multimedia so that witnesses and the public can participate inexpensively and in the largest numbers wherever they are; and
summited at the first-ever and nationwide conference on judges’ abuse of power, where the findings will be presented. In turn, the conference can lead to three events that bring
about transformative change(†>OL2:1129¶e):
1) the constitutional convention already petitioned by the requisite two thirds of the
states but held up by Congress;
2) the formation of local chapters(†>OL2:1073) for victims of abuse to join forces to
demand compensation from judges and their courts and judiciaries; and

3) the rapid worldwide spread of a movement, similar to MeToo! and the protests
against police brutality, through which We the People of the World will demand
their right to hold judges accountable for their performance and liable to
compensate the victims of their abuse.
Through your show, you can:
interest other talkshow hosts in holding on a regular basis similar shows where people can tell their stories of judges’ unaccountability and consequent riskless abuse of power;
set in motion a generalized media investigation of federal judges, where every media outlet must have some of its journalists climb on the investigative bandwagon in pursuit of a run-
away scandal avidly followed by the public, lest the outlet be left behind alone. Moreover,
“scandal sells” and is made of the stuff that earns journalists and/or outlets a Pulitzer prize;
1) In that context, you and the other hosts can approach Reuters to persuade it to lead
the way in investigating federal judges by capitalizing on the experience that it
gained while investigating state judges.
make possible the hiring of independent Information Technology experts to conduct a forensic examination of computers and servers suspected of having been intercepted
(OL2:612§b); and
become a “producer” of the enhancement of the website at http://www.Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org, in accordance with my business plan(†>OL2:1022)‡, which is guided by the
principle “Making Money While Doing Justice”. The site can become, among other thingsϕ: ‡ http://judicial-discipline-reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-Capital_Investors.pdf
ϕ http://Judicial-Discipline-
Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_Institute_judicial_unaccountability_reporting.pdf
1) a clearinghouse for complaints(†>OL2:918) about judges that anybody can
upload for free by filling out a form that allows incorporation into a database and
comparison; and
2) a research center where for a fee people can audit(*>OL:42, jur:131§b) many
complaints and other writings(*>OL:274-280, 304-307) in search of the most per-
suasive type of evidence, i.e., patterns(†>OL2:792§A), trends(*>OL:455§§B, D),
and schemes(†>OL2:614) of abuse of power.
These developments can pave the way for the Coalition to be formed. It can become a political powerhouse, as are the national TV networks. This is a reasonable expectation because it can take
full advantage of one key superior feature: the hosts’ interactive access to the national public.
The shows can attract ever more people and grow in influence because they will enable people to feel not only that their complaining voice is heard: Representatives of the local
chapters for collective demand of compensation will want to appear on the shows as a
platform from which to encourage the formation everywhere of other chapters and their
coalescence into a national movement for judicial abuse of power exposure, compensation,
and reform. Naturally, that will allow the Coalition to become a leader of the national
movement.(†>OL2:1037)
Access to the people can be broaden by taking the show on a tour of presentations (*>OL:197§G).

The venues that will take priority in the effort to book presentations will be those where we want to promote the holding of the unprecedented citizen hearings, such as law,
journalism, Information Technology, and business schools; think tanks; bar associations;
public defender service providers; and public interest entities.
E. Offer to present at your talkshow host association this proposal for
transformative change in the judiciary and the rest of government
This strategic thinking(†>OL2:953) can lead to transformative change: The judicial and legal system that emerges from it is of a different nature from the one that we have now. It will be one
where We the People assert our right to hold all our public servants, including judicial ones,
accountable and liable relative to the honest services that we hired them to render to us, their
masters in “government of, by, and for the people”(*>jur:82172). That will transform the relation
between today’s government and We the People here, to begin with, and then rapidly everywhere
else in the world. You can set that process in motion.
However, time is of the essence. Election Day is only three and a half months away. Therefore, I suggest that we discuss on the phone –my number is 1(718)827-9521– how we can work together
and prepare my appearance on your show and the implementation of this proposal.
In this vein, I offer to make a presentation via video conference or in person to a group of your talkshow host fellows and association. To facilitate your discussion of this proposal with them,
you may share with them this email and its link‡ and post them widely. I trust you and they will
appreciate that it lays out a detailed plan of concrete, reasonable, and feasible actions. ‡ http://judicial-discipline-reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero-Talkshow_hosts_coalition.pdf
To help you decide whether to organize the presentation you may watch my video together with its slides(†>OL2:958). You may use the information in the letterhead and below to contact me and
discuss the presentation's terms and conditions and its scheduling; http://Judicial-Discipline-
Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_judges_abuse_video.mp4; http://Judicial-Discipline-
Reform.org/OL2/DrRCordero_judges_abuse_slides.pdf
F. Taking action to bring about the Coalition of Talkshow Hosts for Justice
Complaining about judges is not enough to hold them and their courts and judiciaries accountable for their performance and liable to compensate the victims of their abuse of power. Whining about
abusive judges is not a strategy. It is only what gives judges an excuse to dismiss their victims
risklessly as “disgruntled losers”.
Take strategic action! Join the effort to implement this reasonably calculated proposal to form the Coalition, thus turning talkshows into the national loudspeaker that informs the public about, and
outrages it at, judges’ unaccountability and consequent riskless abuse of power. To that end, you
may forward this email to the following groups of people by copying one bloc of email addresses
at a time, pasting it in the To” line of the email, and clicking Send:
