SUCTION TABLES FOR THERMAL CUTTING INSTALLATIONS: PLASMA, OXY AND LASER CUTTING ORION Given a stout structure, its main application fields are medium and heavy oxy cutting as well as medium power plasma cutting. It may have one or two suction channels, which are placed along the inner table’s sides and are pro- tected by apropriate thermal shields. SIRIUS POLARIS LASERTAB Designed for high power plasma cutting or multiple plasma torches. The suc- tion channel positioned along the midsection guarantees a higly efficient and even suction all over the table’s width. Particularly fit for oxy cutting of thick sheet metal (from 8 to 16 in). The suc- tion channels, along with the pneumatic components, are sideways assem- bled on the outside, in order to avoid functionallity problems caused by high temperatur es or by t he fall of heavy pieces or incandescent slag.
