DOMS- SNM Integration Guide for Planned Outage Management System (POMS)

1. Controller click on GenSet in PSI

2. Job sheet push to POMS and appear in Tab GENSET/NOTICE. In this tab, users only can view and

cancel for that Job sheet.

3. To proceed with GenSet or Notice

Click on Task Click on Genset/Notice Clarifications

4. Result as below. In this section, users can perform 3 actions when click on below button

a) VIEW – View details for Job sheet

b) GENSET – Job sheet required for GenSet

c) NOTICE – to send notice of Job sheet to Shutdown Management System (SNM)

5. To send notice for Jobsheet to Shutdown Notice Management (SNM)

Click on Job Sheet click on NOTICE (in this situation Job sheet will push to SNM system),

6. User can view the Job sheet status by clicking on VIEW button.

7. (a) if Users got this error (Fail No user found with UserStaffNo : XXXXX) .It mean users need

to register their ID as Author in Shutdown Notice Management (SNM) before create notice in

SNM.

7 (b) If users already register in SNM, they will see this status in Jobs SUCC (with link created)

8. Jobsheet will move from Tab WAITING FOR YOUR ACTION to Tab NOTICE

9. User need to click on link to open SNM.

10. Once log in, user will be displayed with notice form. In SNMS, the one who create Notice is in

Author role while the one who is going to approve notice in SNMS is Reviewer. For more

information of SNMS, please click Help/User Manual under Login button.

11. By default the notice is created in Draft Notice menu. Author to fill notice form details and select

Reviewer of selected subzone in SNM. Then click Save.

12. After save, author to select substation from ERMS and click Write sign to save the substation.

Then, author to click Submit to Reviewer button.

13. The reviewer will receive notification to approve the notice. Reviewer will login into SNMS

system and find the notice under Submitted Notice menu or will be directed to notice form (if

Reviewer click Link from the email notification below)

14. Reviewer has options whether to edit or review the notice. Reviewer need to click Review

button.

15. Reviewer need to click Review button. Reviewer can choose whether they want to

Reject/Approve the notice. Once Reviewer select Approve and click Update Review button, the

notice status changes to Approved. Please take note, SNMS will send notice id to DOMS for only

approved notice.

16. Once approved, the notice id will be sent to DOMS. It will be updated in audit trail of SNMS.

17. SMS notification will be send to AP (DOMS)/Author(SNMS).

18. Job sheet status in DOMS will update as below (with Notice ID from SNM : DPPH-0007357).

19. Jobsheet will move to the next status based on flow created in DOMS

20. Click Outage Request Click My Outage Requests
