Broker portal This user guide is a quick tour of the broker portal to provide you a helpful guide on how and where to start an application, as well as the application process itself. All information entered in the broker portal is saved automatically.

Dashboard tab The dashboard tab is the home page of the broker portal. From here, you can access your applications list, create a new application, and see a list of your most recent, unsubmitted applications.

Applications Tab The ‘Applications Tab’ is where all your applications are listed. You can (1) search using the search bar, (2) sort a column by clicking the header, (3) edit an unsubmitted application, (4) print a PDF of a completed application, (5) navigate using the numbers and/or arrows, (6) choose how many rows you would like to see and (7) create a new application. Please see below diagram.

Resources tab The resources tab houses the Marketing tools and a link to the lending system. Here you will find a customisable flyer and letter to introduce your customers to reverse mortgages and our offering and an article on helpful talking points on how to explain reverse mortgages to your customers.

Help tab The help tab provides clickable contact information for the broker support team.

Create an application On logging into the broker portal, you will be taken to the Dashboard page. From here, there are two ways you can create an application. 1. Via the Dashboard page or 2. Via the Applications page at the top of the page.

5.1 Create a new application from the Dashboard

1. When you log in, you will be taken to the Dashboard. 2. Click ‘Create new application’ to be taken to the application process.

5.2 Create an application through the Applications page

From the Dashboard, you can click on one of the ‘Applications Tab’ buttons to start an application.

1. When you log in, you will be taken to the Dashboard. 2. Click on the ‘Applications Tab’ in the header bar. 3. Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Applications’ button, as shown in step 3 below.

5.3 Create an application from the Applications list view

From the Dashboard, you can click on one of the “Applications” buttons to be taken to the Applications list page. On the bottom right hand corner of the applications list page, you will see a plus sign (+). Click the plus sign to create an application. See below screenshot.

Application process From here, you will be able to complete the application process. This will be outlined in more detail below.

1. You can use the side panel to navigate through the steps of the application. 2. A green tick will appear next to a step that you have completed. You will only be able to submit an

application once all mandatory steps have the green tick. 3. This will take you to the next page/step of the application. 4. This tick shows you that your application is being saved automatically. It will say ‘Saved’ after every

change.

Application list Once complete, your application will display on the Applications list page as below:

1. The pencil icon means that an application is incomplete and has not been submitted. Clicking the pencil icon will allow you to continue this application.

2. The printer icon shows that an application has been submitted and can no longer be amended. You can however, print the application by clicking on this icon.

Forgot Password feature This feature allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it. Follow the below steps to utilize this feature.

1. You can reset your password using the link below. 2. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a reset password link. 3. To reset your password, you will be asked to enter your email address and your new password twice.
