Programme Theme: Focus on the leadership self

9am: General overview of educational leadership (includes values)

9.45am: Organisational culture

10.30am: Morning tea

10.45am: Motivation of staff and of self

11.30am: Individual reflection: Drawing up own action plan for next 4 weeks on a chosen topic from today’s session that teachers would like to try out/improve on back in their workplace

12 noon: Finish

Date: Week beginning 28 May; a 1.5 hour individual report back session, based on each action plan: What worked? What did not work? Where to next?
