In the May 2013 edition of this news-

letter I spoke about how we have

gone beyond what you might call the

original plan for earth and humanity.

I spoke about the dying out of many

species and the destruction of rainfor-

ests and many other events that are

indicative of a dying planet. And I

mentioned the shift in consciousness

that has enabled us to go beyond past prophecies and into a

new era which is now bringing about a total rebirth.

The period between December 21st (end of the Mayan calendar) and

March 21st (equinox) was referred to as a portal into this new era. Itcreated a type of void, much like a birthing canal and now we are be-

ginning to discover what it is like on the other side. Many of us have

noticed changes in energy and circumstances in our own lives, how-

ever we are also experiencing global phenomenon like meteor show-

ers and solar flares.

One such event will occur towards the end of November when the

ISON comet will graze the Suns atmosphere and according to current

scientific estimations will be big enough to survive this interaction

while providing a us with a spectacular sky show, particularly for thosein the northern hemisphere.

If we go beyond the scientific aspect of this and what may become

somewhat of a media frenzy as this event nears, there is much more

going on here that the general population will not be aware of.

The ISON comet is basically a massive ENERGY delivery system for

earth. It will also scatter minute particles of dust across our planet

that will hold new potentials for humanity and contribute to the re-

seeding of our planet.

While this promises to be a monumental experience with far-reaching

for drama. We will no doubt see fear-

based scenarios in our media, as well as

various conspiracies and controversies

that may arise. These are nothing but

distractions, they are a reaction from

mass consciousness in response to some-

thing they dont fully understand.

In the past, as the consciousness of hu-

manity shifted and we chose to rebirth

into a new era WHILE REMAINING INCAR-

NATE we set up the energy dynamics for

changes that would go beyond anything

humanity has ever seen before. The layer

or protective shield that once kept earth

separate from such atmospheric phe-

nomenon was released because we are

now ready to take responsibility for our-

selves and allow these energy systems to

bring in the new seeds of life for our

future.

this event with the

understanding that we are truly creating

something quite amazing, something

entirely unique and something that is

allowing usdare I say itto boldly go

where no man (or woman) has ever

gone before.

Self healing simply means bringing the

body back into balance and harmony. The

key is to do this without forcing and ma-

nipulating energy as we humans have

learned to do in the past.

We are not taught that our bodies are self-

healing organisms that already know how

to rebalance. For example, we do not needto tell our bodies how to do things like di-

gesting food or carrying oxygen through

the blood. These things take place naturally

and easily, and so it should also be when it

comes to healing an ailment or dis-ease.

In this one-day workshop you will learn

how to connect with your body in such a

way as to basically invite it to do what it

already knows how to do. You will learn

about blocked energy and how we resist

healing and how you can assist the body

without getting in the way.

This technique is something you can use for

the rest of your life to maintain balance

and harmony. It is not something that you

use on other people. It empowers you totake responsibility for your own health and

teaches you how to work with your body

instead of against it.

The knowledge and understanding of this

self-healing technique assists you to re-

member how to trust yourself and your

own wisdom while coming into alignment

with a new level of consciousness.

Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, yet through life's many ups

and downs, we lose trust in ourselves and our bodies. We carry old beliefs,

past lives, ancestral karma and so on, and we forget that we have the ability

to naturally and effortlessly come back into balance.

nique for self-healing. You will gain a greater understanding of how energy works, the

A huge thank you to everyone who vis-

ited Doug and myself at the Mind BodySpirit festival over the October long

weekend.

It was a wonderful event and I received a

lot of positive comments about the use

of the alternative hall (Goyder Pavilion)

as well as the very balanced energy this

year. This is, of course, contributed to by

the organisers, the exhibitors and every

single person who chose to come alongand participate in any way, shape or

form as the addition of your personal

energy helps to make a great expo.

It is also fantastic for Adelaide to now

have two large yearly expos which just

goes to show that more and more peo-

ple are awakening and seeking answers,

and Adelaide is responding to that call.

Thank you also to my Ascension work-shop attendeesfor your grace and allow-

ing during out time together. I thor-

oughly enjoyed it and hope that you did

also.

I am currently in the process of putting

together some new workshops and

classes for next year. One will be an as-

cension workshop in which attendees

will have the opportunity to make a con-

scious choice for ascension and begin the

integration process in a supportive and

safe spacea very profound experience.

There will also be an abundance work-

shop that focuses on allowing energy to

serve you, the creator, and also how to

really receivebig timebecause hu-

mans are not so good at receiving.

Stay tuned also for some occasional spe-

cial topic evening classes for those who

find weekends difficult to attend.

The entrance of a beautiful soul into the earth

realms is truly a magical experience. For some it is

another lifetimeone of a cycle of manyfor some

it will be the lifetime of ascension and the final life-

time on earth, and for others it is their first experi-

ence in human form.

My oldest son carries the energy of an experienced

soul, he knows the ropes and fits in to life very eas-

ily, and he has a wisdom beyond his years. My

youngest son is newer to this realm. As a young

child he was constantly bumping into things as if he

had trouble distinguishing between what was solid

and what was not. He didnt understand humour

and would puzzle at why we would all laugh at a

joke. Then puzzled ever more when he would repeat

the joke and not receive the same reaction. The un-

derstanding of these things comes naturally to us

after lifetimes of being in human bodies, we have

learned to focus our energy, we have learned hu-

mour through the ability to laugh at ourselves, our

mis-fortunes and our society as a whole.

Earth is a grand playground and many souls are liter-

ally waiting an opportunity to come and be part of

the fun. Some are drawn here through karmic ener-

gies that seek resolution and others through the

desire to experience all that human life offers.

For those considering having children or learning

more about assisting souls to birth with ease and

grace into this earth realm, there is a special work-

shop available. It is facilitated by Douglas Edgar and

is called the DreamWalker Birth School.

Doug: DWB is a 2 1/2 day experience discussing the

birth process from a spiritual as well as a physical

perspective. Much can be done to assist couples to

Feeling that there must be more to life

I remember a specific moment when I was about 25,

standing looking out of the window of the multi-story

building in which I was employed. I had a stable job,

a steady 4 year relationship living with a wonderful

man and had been dabbling in spiritual books and

workshops for a few years. Life should have been

great. Instead, as I gazed skyward I felt trapped, re-

stricted, unhappy and completely stuck. I felt like a

butterfly whose cocoon had become jammed andthere was no way out. Somewhere deep within I

sensed that there was more to life, but I didn't know

what was missing, how to find it or even where to

start looking.

Eventually I walked away from my relationship, not

quite knowing why but knowing that I couldnt stay.

Things seemed to get worse and life began to spiral

downhill, work became unbearable and I started to

get sick. I left my job and faced a couple of difficultyears. To others, my life looked like a mess. To little

human me, my life was a mess and I felt completely

overwhelmed. But deep below the surface I was go-

ing through an amazing transformation.

Awakening is messy because we no longer fit in to

life in mass consciousness any more, and after hun-

dreds, even thousands of lifetimes where we have

immersed ourselves into third dimensional reality it

becomes so intimately familiar to us that its difficultto perceive of living any other way.

Awakening bring up feelings of dissatisfaction,overwhelm and frustration because you are begin-

ning to out-grow this limited reality. You may feel

that you just dont belong in your skin anymore,

other people may annoy you even though they are

acting no differently than usual and theres a sense

of searching for something, but you dont know

what it is or where to find it.

These feelings are all very normal as a human being

begins to awaken, and while it can be uncomfort-able and challenging know that you are beginning

to set yourself free. You are beginning to emerge

from a dream and see life in an entirely new way.

You will start to see that there was something miss-

ing in your life, and that something was YOUthe

true essence of who you are, the spiritual being,

the divine angel.

You are beginning to release all the old stories, ex-

pectations of others, societal conditioning, beliefsand traditions and develop an intimate relationship

with self.

The initial stages of this journey are awkward and

ungainly, much like a new born foal. But just as the

foal soon finds its feet and its not too long before

it can gallop across the paddock, so too will you.

The freedom that you will experience cannot be

described but it will change your life forever. And

once you begin this journey, theres really no turn-ing back. Keryn Lee
