Last month I briefly men-

tioned being in this world

but not being of it. Lets take

a closer look at what that

really means and how it pre-

sents in our daily life.

Being in this world, of course,

relates to the fact that we

live on earth and we are surrounded by billions of other hu-

mans, all at varying levels of consciousness, and we have all

taken on common agreements to allow us to share this reality.

For example, we all agree that the sky is blue, that the sun

comes up every day, that we have a concept of time and space

and basically that we live within certain parameters.

Not being of this world means that you do not have to get tied

down and stuck within these parameters and what we call mass

consciousness. You can choose to go beyond time, you can

choose to see colours differently, you can choose to interact

with people on a daily basis without being caught up in their

belief systems. Its all a matter of raising our consciousness so

that we experience the reality that is appropriate for us.Many years ago I had the perception of living with one foot in

both worlds. It felt kind of awkward at times to have very spiri-

tual experiences and moments of insight and enlightenment,

then to feel the contrast of my everyday mundane life, ie. tak-

ing the kids to school, dealing with paperwork, standing in line

at the bank.

Now the line between these two states of being has disap-

peared, there is no separation. I am a spiritual being living in a

human reality but I no longer feel affected by, or frustrated by

the world around me. In other words, I live in it, but I am not of

it. It doesnt own me, it has no power

over me, I accept responsibility for my

creations and I accept all things as

they are.

My understanding of this moved to a

new level recently when I met with an

unexpected opinion to an activity I

was involved in, and as I considered

this I realised that in the past my

opinion would have been exactly the

same. And while neither opinion is

right or wrong, I wondered what had

changed within me.

I had to feel into this for a while and I

realised that the only difference was

the fact that I had chosen to be part

of this activity as an experience that I

wanted to create for myself therefore

I had not allowed my old belief sys-

tem to limit my reality. I had chosen

to be the master and allow this activ-ity to serve me in a new way.

This had all taken place quite natu-

rally and easily and this experience

allowed me to see that what I was

doing was engaging in life without

placing judgement or limitations on

how I experienced something. It al-

lowed me to add my own level of

consciousness into this and that

makes all the difference.

We are part of a societal system that

is held together by fear, hope, lies,

greed and misplaced trust. Yet many

of us live our lives unaffected by this

overlay of mass consciousness.

The point here is to remember to let

go of pre-conceived ideas about any-thing you do, let go of out-dated be-

lief systems and if something feels

right to you, do it. Then allow yourself to create

a new path within that structure, one of higher

consciousness, one of sovereignty, one that

allows energy to serve youbecause you, and

only you are the master of your reality.

The masters of the past secluded themselves

away to achieve their enlightenment, but we

are living our daily lives while shining a light for

others. No matter what we do or where we go,

we add our own unique consciousness to it, we

add our own energy, passion and integrity and

this opens up potentials within the old struc-

tures. Thus allowing us to be part of anything

that serves us in each now moment. We are

grand creators, we are energy movers and we

are standards for new consciousness, and we

create our reality in each now moment.

In the course of my work I speak with

many people who have amazing talents

Thank you to all the people who came

Why is the program set out this way and

how will it benefit me?

Well, first of all you take the workshop to

help you understand the principles of

conscious creating, how energy works

and the many facets of allowing abun-

dance. You also participate in several ex-

ercises designed to help you access new

potentials, bring more abundance into

your life, help you deal with doubt, fear,

others opinions etc as well

as attracting what you need

and learning to receive.

Then, by having some indi-

vidual sessions we are able

to tailor each session to

your specific needs. Heres how the indi-

vidual sessions help:

First Theta Healing session

Theta Healing is an energy healing modal-

ity that helps to release old restricting

belief systems so that we can create

more fulfilling lives. This session is de-

signed to clear and balance your energy,

address any old belief systems that are

negatively impacting your life as well as

issues around self-confidence and self-

worth or whatever your personal limita-

tion may be. This creates a very notice-

able shift in your energy and along with

the tools learned in the workshop will

give you a good grounding towards mov-

ing forward in your chosen field.

Tarot Manifestation sessionThis session is a lot of fun, and using

Tarot cards we are able to specifically

address the finer details around what

Second Theta Healing session

In this session we go to a much deeper

mation. If you introduce a higher fre-

quency to your body, your body will match

that frequency. Just as you can sit beside an

ill person and slow your breathing to help

calm them, then watch their breathing start

to match yours. While the breathing is

slowing, you move into a higher state of

consciousness and therefore your fre-

quency is elevated.

So by inhaling, applying or ingesting pure,

therapeutic-grade essential oils your body

will also respond to their frequency.

Frankincense, the essential oil gifted to

baby Jesus and widely used in ancient times

for healing, has a frequency of 147MHz.

Rose oil has a frequency of 320MHz! These

oils with a higher frequency work in theemotional and spiritual regions. While oils

with a lower frequency have a more pro-

found effect on making structural/physical

changes in the body.

Everything is energy, and all energy has its

own unique frequency or rate at which it

vibrates.

A healthy human body vibrates at about 62

-78 megahertz (MHz). Disease, of course, is

going to have a lower vibration: Cancer

42MHz, Candida55MHz, Flu symptoms

57MHz, Epstein Barr52MHz. Therefore, if

we can raise our vibratory rate dis-ease is

less likely to be able to exist in the body.

Many of you reading right now will have

had the experience of raising your vibration

through raising your consciousness.

Whether through prayer, meditation, con-

scious breathing, Yoga, whatever methods

you used, you were able to connect with

yourself at a very deep level and go beyond

the vibratory rate of mass consciousness.

Often as we do this we go through a clear-
