The Animator: He/She is responsible for the mood of the film, he will act out things like gestures/facial expressions/jokes etc in real life, and then recreate it on paper in picture form. He/She will also take images from the assistant animators and will change things to a scene to improve the film. Assistant Animators: These are responsible for the final animation. Firstly they have to find out about things like, the mood of the film, the characters involved, and everything like that, They take the animators sketches and make the final thing. Inbetweeners: By the name you can guess, the inbetweeners do everything in between the assistant animators, and the animators, they help with the movement of the animation. The Director: The director must know everything about the animation/film as a whole, from what the sketches look like to the personalities of the characters, the Director has to inform Walt Disney about the film/animation.
