Move ups and coverage
Goal:Cut move ups for training purposes
significantly by: Keep drills short and focused. (30 to 60 min.) Keeping companies in-service in their FMZ Keeping companies available for fires in or close to
their FMZ with coverage for EMS calls, when necessary.
Move up companies will remain in their Battalion whenever possible.
E17 South/E9 for station 11/E7 East/E5 North TR4 for station 2/ E7 and E5 can cover E6
How, you ask?
Crews and BTO will be looking for areas to drill that border FMZ’s
Classroom drills: Satellite Training Facilities (East: TC/7/140 North: Stn 4/Stn 2 South: Stn 15. We are working with the college for drill grounds and classrooms as well)
We are working with the County to find out when Demolition Permits are applied for.
