CELEBRATE Objectives Provide 500 schools in six countries with access to

Demonstrator Portal (LOs and LO ‘components’)

Evaluate the extent to which reusable LOs support a new pedagogy for eLearning - constructivist learning models.

Test interoperability of LOs and LMS/LCMS.

Explore how a LO methodology can be applied to educational activities and services as well as learning materials.

Provide a catalyst for the European eLearning content industry - standards’ compliance, new business models

typically learning objects that learners use for independent learning around more or less fixed knowledge domains
