Sanskrit: Naga Pashana.

Synonym: Serpentine, Chrysotile and magnesium silicate.

Main Therapeutic Effect: Heart, brain and liver tonic, strong Rasayana, antidote for snake bite, reduces vomiting, promotes happiness and strength.

Anupana: Milk, cream.

Toxicity: Low.
