Enter Knowledgebase

• www.rockwellautomation.com/knowledgebase• Customers are no longer required to sign up to view the general knowledgebase• Some features require signing in, indicated by an asterisk. • Create account – start by clicking login


Login or Create Account

• Login if you already have a username, password.Or• Create a new account.


Enter account details

• When creating an account, ensure your tech connect authorization is included if you have one. This will allow you to ask a question to tech support.

Tip: Use your email address as your UserID


Signup for Notifications

• Once logged in, you can set your notification preferences, including automatic Product Safety Advisories.

Complete Notification signup

• Scroll down to notification options.• Select Product Safety and Service Advisories >> Click “Add Category”>> Click

“Save Changes”• Product and Category notification additions are separate. In other words, when you

click “Add Product”, it will add the selected product, including ALL categories. Similarly, if you click “Add Category”, it will add that category, including ALL products.

• As an example, you cannot choose to receive only PSAs for HMI products. You may receive updates on either all content related to HMI and/or PSAs for all products. For more details on this topic, reference knowledgebase ID 35704.

Sample Email

• Product Safety Advisories will be sent immediately.• All other notifications will be sent weekly on Sunday evening, including a summary of

any recent Product Safety Advisories or Product Notices.
