A project presentation on CONTRIBUTOR’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

It focuses on the contributor to their individual field and from my vision I find my hostel’s gateman GHUGA BHAI as a contributor in his field of work.

He works as a gateman since 16-17 years in the hostel .

He is just not the gateman/watchman but he is a part of our hostel family.

Since he takes care of every students entry and exit in hostel.

He has the only family background and that is we hostel members…

7. SIR...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..? WELL I DON’T HAVE ANY JUNIOR I HAVE TO JUST LOOK AT THE ENTRY AND EXIT OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THE HOSTEL.

8. SIR...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations. How do you make them convince..?

I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO INTERFERE IN THE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS BUT APART FROM THAT I HELP IN WORKING WITH BRINGING GROCERY OR ANY THING RELATED TO MARKET BASED.

I’M WORKING AS A WATCHMAN SO THE WORK IS RELATED TO THE SECURITY OF THE HOSTEL AND HOSTEL MEMBERS. AND FOR ME THAT IS THE BIGGEST AND TOUGHEST JOB TO BE DONE…..

THE YOUTH IS THE FUTURE OF THE NATION SO THEY MUST HAVE AN POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR DUTY AND ALWAYS SET HIGH GOALS WHICH WILL LEAD YOU LONG WAY…..
