Du’a after Maghrib prayers on Eid night

ي�ا ذ�ا الم�ن� و�الط�ول� ي�ا ذ�ا د� م� ي� م�ح� د� ي�ا م�صط�ف� و الج�د� م� ل� ع�لى م�ح� ه� ص� ر� ن�ا�ص� و�ل�ى ك�ل� ر د� و�اغف� م� و�ال� م�ح�

ند�ك� ف�ي و� ع� يت�ه� و�ه� ص� ذ�نب� ا�ح

ب��ين� كت�اب� م0

O the Possessor of Grace and Might, O the Possessor of Generosity, O One who chose Mu<ammad, and helped

him, Bless Mu<ammad and his family, and forgive me every sin that You have counted, which is [recorded]

with You in a clear Book.


Then go to sajdah (prostration) and say 100 times:

�ت�وب� ا�لى الله� ا

I turn (repentant) to Alláh


ل� ع�ل�ى ض ي�ا د�ائ�م� الف�ط� الي�د�ين� ي�ة� ي�ا ب�اس� الب�ر�

اح�ب� ب�الع�ط�ي�ة� ي�اص�

ن�ي�ة� و�اه�ب� الس� الم�

Say 10 times:

O [He] who is continuously gracious over the creatures, O [He] whose

hands (generosity) are ever expanded in giving, O the Master of granting

majestically,


ال�ه� د�� و� م� ل� ع�ل�ى م�ح� ص� dة�ي ج� ير� الو�رى س� خ�

ل�ن�ا ي�ا ذ�ا الع�ل�ى ف�ي ر و�اغف�

ي�ة� ذ�ه� الع�ش� ه�

Say 10 times:

Bless Mu<ammad and his family, the best of creation in characteristics, and

forgive us this evening, O the Possessor of Sublimity.

Recite 2 rak’aat prayers after Maghrib prayers:

- In the first rak’ah recite surah al- Fatiha, recite 1000 times surah al- Ikhlas (or 100 or 10 if 1000 is not possible).

- In the second rak’ah recite surah al- Ikhlas once after surah al Fatiha.


Then go to sajdah (prostration) and say:

I turn (repentant) to Alláh


Then say:
