1- Unloading Roofing Material

The day before or the scheduled job date

the roofing materials will be

delivered to you home or property.

2- Protecting house & Landscaping

CoMo Premium Exteriors Knows the

landscaping . Before we start your

project we always cover areas with

traps. We also have a dump trailer for

the waste from our tear off the roofing

materials.

If at all possible, we will recycle any

materials that can be recycled properly.

3- Tearing off the Roof

We tear off down to the decking and

remove all old flashing if necessary.

We will remove all the old nails.

We also take necessary steps to

provide a safe working environment.

4- Check Roof Decking

After your tear off, your home’s roof

decking is inspected to insure:

Proper installation

Check for moisture content

No deterioration or delamination.

If so, we will replace the damaged areas

and/or material.

5- Ice & Water Shield & Underlayment

We install ice and water shield in the

most vulnerable areas for protection

from the elements.

Ice and water shield Is a self healing

membrane. It is an extra layer of

protection.

Based on the design and pitch of your

roof, we will recommend the appropriate

underlayment for your roof.

6- Flashing & Ventilation

All flashing will be inspected and will

give you our recommendation on

what needs to be replaced.

Based on the design of your roof, we

will calculate and recommend the

appropriate ventilation of your home.

7- Installing & Clean up

Before we start installing shingles we will

chalk line the roof in insure an accurate

and proper installation of the shingles.

Great care is used in the spacing and

placement of shingles as directed by

manufacturer’s specification.

We use high power magnets to collect

any nails and remaining debris. We even

back it with a one year clean up warranty.
