COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR & PATRON SERVICES REP Manitoba Opera is seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator & Patron Services Representative. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position provides support to ensure the successful implementation of various aspects of the marketing department including communications, box office, social media, audience development, outreach, education, and assists other departments as needed. Candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative and will possess excellent writing/proofing skills, computer skills in various programs, strong planning and organizational skills, an ability to work both on a team and independently, excellent customer service skills, and enjoys working with the public. Previous knowledge of a ticketing database, experience working in a non-profit environment, and some graphic design ability are all assets.
