    Material.- The tubes shall be seamless and

    made of steel produced by an Open Hearthor Electric Process or any of the Oxygen

    Processes. The Steel shall not contain morethan 0.00 per cent of sulphur or of

    phosphorus and the oxygen process steelshall in addition not contain more than

    0.00! per cent of nitrogen. The

    manufacturer shall supply a certificate ofanalysis "hen re#uired to do so.$

    The tube shall be seamless andmanufactured from steel produced by an

    open hearth or electric process or any of theoxygen processes. The steel shall be fully

    %illed.

    The steel shall conform to the follo"inglimits of chemical composition.
