• Banyan Tree has it’s own booking engine, which is good because Banyan Tree has many branches in different locations. This produce a good image and they could decrease

expenses by having their own booking engine.

• The hotel is doing well in expressing their market positioning by showing amazing photograph on the website.

Recommendation

• Add instant messaging and click to call in order to have more interaction with customers

• Should have a Google map• Improve sharability of the website and

associate more social network to the website such as linked-in, twitter etc…
