The Cobb School thanks...

Everyone who has generously volunteered their time to decorate the campus, prepare for the Country Fair, take photos at Grandparents’ & Special Friends’ Day and bake for the Harvest Table!

We are especially grateful to our Country Fair Chairpersons, Tracy Smith and Jennifer Lardner, and all the booth leaders who have worked so hard to organize for tomorrow’s big day. Thank you!

No School November 1 & November 11

The start of each month often sneaks up on us. Please be aware that there will be NO SCHOOL Friday, Nov. 1 as the staff will be attending the Montessori Schools of Connecticut Conference in Washington, CT, nor on Veteran’s Day, Monday, Nov. 11 as the staff will be engaged in Professional Development all day. Thank you.

Open House October 16 at 6:30pm

Please feel welcome to let your friends, colleagues, and neighbors know that we’re hosting open houses October 16 at 6:30pm and November 20 at 9am. We appreciate you helping to spread our news to parents who share something in common with you: they respect and believe in children. If you know someone like this, someone who understands the period from birth to 12 is the most pivotal in a person’s life, please send him or her our way.

Parent Infant Community is still accepting registrants. Interested parents may call Sheryl MacInnis or Mary Anne Creto at 860.658.1144.

Suzuki Music for babies is now full. Please call Jane Romanos or Mary Anne Creto to place your name on a waiting list or to register for the spring session that begins in January.

Young Children’s Community Parents are invited to a YCC meeting on Friday, October 18 from 10:30-11:30am. Childcare provided.
