What is change?Change is something that presses us out of our comfort zone. It

is destiny-filtered, heart grown, faith built.

Change happens when something moves from one situation, toanother.

Change is a muscle that develops and helps us to enjoy thedynamics of the life set before us. Change pushes you to do

your personal best. Change draws out those poised for a newway.

Change is working in a new direction- doing things in differentway.

Why is change Necessary?- "If anything in life is constant, it is change therefore If you don't change,

you stand the risk of being extinct Changes in life are inevitable.Change can be hard, but it is necessary for growth and process.

Its takes us to a place we didnt think we could get to before we

made the change. Dont resist change, but embrace it and you seewhat God can do when you become open to his perfect plan.

One who accepts them and changes with them is the onewho succeeds in life.

Change is necessary when everything gets blocked and youfind yourself helpless. In such a situation one who acceptsit and tries to fight out new ways to overcome the situationemerges in flying colours. Working in a new directionshelps one find light.

Who implement change?- CHANGE AGENT Change Agent is the person who implements change

programs- they are leaders.

somebody or something that brings about, orhelps to bring about, change- catalyst to change.

Without change agent- No change can be possible-

Leadership is influence, Therefore, they are changeagents to influence change.

Jesus is the perfect example of change agent-Act 6.14and mark 7.1-13. within 3.5yrs he change the order ofthings and establish new order that the world willnever recover from.

He raise 12 Change Agents that carried on with thework- the Gospel is still spreading like wide fire today.

your success in life.
