Teen Weight Room Orientation - ages 13-15 only
Free with admissionThis orientation is required before teens 13-15 years can use the weight room. Uponcompletion of an orientation, a teen weightroom card will be issued. A form must befilled out by a parent prior to the orientation.
Teen Time Hours:Teens between the ages of 13-15 years cancome and learn how to weight train and usethe cardio equipment daily between 3:00-5:00 pm.On Professional Days and Christmas Holidaysthe teen times will be 11:00 am-1:00 pm and3:00-5:00 pm.
Teens: Walking TrackTeen time hours and rules apply to walkingtrack for ages 13-15 years without adultsupervision.

PickleballPickleball is a combination of ping-pong,tennis and badminton and has beenenjoyed for over 20 years by people of allages. We will work on thefollowing skills: falling down and getting up, marching, introduction tosnowplow stops, skating across the ice without falling, 2-foot glides,T-position of skates and 2-foot glides on edges.
