All classes are available for online registration. Please sign up and get an account before you register for a program. Visit us at www.ci.ceres.ca.us to get started.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please make every effort to register early so the class will not be canceled. Prices and class schedule subject to change without notice.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given on cancellations received prior to the first class or if a doctor’s note is re-ceived. Failure to attend a program or “no shows” will not be granted a refund. If you are not satisfied with any of our programs, please do not hesitate to call 538-5628.
RECREATION SCHOLARSHIPS
The Recreation Scholarship Program has been established for Ceres Residents who meet in-come requirements wishing to participate in a City of Ceres Recreation Program. Approved ap-plicants are eligible for a maximum award of $50 per fiscal year, July 1 to June 30. Applicants will be required to pay any remaining fees not cov-ered by scholarship funds at the time of registra-tion.
Applicants applying for financial assistance must live within the City of Ceres and provide proof that the family income is at or below the current HUD financial guidelines. Applications can be obtained at the Ceres Community Center.

The Parent & Me course allows parents to assist in the development of their child’s comfort level in and out of the water, as well as swimming skills. This program is designed to teach water safety to both parent and child.

The Preschool course develops student’s comfort in and out of the water, as well as swimming skills. This course is an introductory swim course for children who are ready to start a swim class all on their own.

WATER POLO CAMP REGISTER NOW!
This new and exciting camp will serve as an intro-duction to the sport of water polo. Participants will learn a variety of skills, including: passing and shooting drills, dribbling, treading water, field and body positioning, and introduction to game play. CARTOON DRAWING FOR KIDS

The Recreation Division is offering a new and exciting program for families…… BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

Spy Party-children will get to solve a mystery and create their very own foot cast.
Ceramics Party-children will get to paint and glaze 3 ceramic pieces. Prior to the party the customer will have a choice of ceramics (each child will have to do the same 3 pieces). Choices include: dinosaurs, plate, cup saucer, or ring holder and jewelry box.
Olympics Party- Children will participate in several games and relays based on the Olym-pics. An Olympics craft will also be included.
Cheerleading Party– Children will get to have their very own pom poms, and learn a basic cheer! Two games and a cheer craft will also be included.
Chef Party– Children will get to prepare a 3 course meal, plus make their very own cook-book. Chef aprons included.
11 to 13 years
Murder Mystery (CLUE)-youth will get to dress up and solve a murder.
Chef Party-children will get to prepare a 3 course meal, plus make their very own cook-book. Chef aprons included.
Hip Hop Dance Party- youth will get learn 2 street and lyrical dance routines. We will also have a mock celebrity photo shoot for party guest!
Jewelry & Scrapbook Party- youth will create their own necklace, bracelet and friendship scrapbook page.

MAXIMUM OF 12 CHILDREN, YOUNGER SIBLINGS OF BIRTHDAY CHILD OR
GUESTS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THAT NUMBER. ROOM SPACE IS LIMITED,
ADULTS ATTENDING THE PARTY MUST BE KEPT TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 (STANDING ROOM ONLY). THERE WILL ALSO BE NO SPACE OR TIME FOR ANY FOOD ITEMS
OTHER THAN THE CAKE. STAFF WILL OR-GANIZE AND FACILITATE PARTY, HOW-
EVER THE CUSTOMER IS ULTIMATELY RE-SPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPERVISION AND
SAFETY OF THE GUESTS.
