functions, roles, and skills as well as the challenges encountered in managing;

him/her in making decisions, examine different organizational structures as examples;

5.  Provide a conclusion that reflects managerial implications; and

6.  Recommendation that reflects your own learning on Managing and Organization based on your

chosen company.

The assignment should be approximately 1500-2000 words, clearly written and structured. It

should include bibliography or reference lists of the materials you have quoted or used to write

the assignment.

The assignment should contain a list of at least 10 references to external sources ( e.g journal

articles, books, relevant business magazine and other scholarly work ) used in your assignment.
