Chita Valley Project – General Observations
www.minsud.com 2
•MSA has consolidated seven properties (Brechas Vacas, Chita, Minas de Pinto, Brechas Vacas Oeste, Chita Norte,
Chita Sur and Chita Este) into the Chita Valley Project. Mineral rights cover some 174 square kilometres of highly
prospective terrain at elevations under 3,700m ASL.
•San Juan Province is the largest producer of precious metals in Argentina, primarily from the prolific El Indio belt.
•The Chita Valley exploration project is primarily an early stage prospect with widespread indications of Cu+/-Mo+/-
Au+/-Ag mineralization associated with a large Miocene age porphyry/diatreme breccia/epithermal vein complex.
The project is a spatially and temporally zoned hydrothermal system that includes an early porphyry style of Cu+Mo
mineralization, followed by components of intermediate and low sulphidation quartz-base metal +/- Au-Ag
mineralization.
•Historically (mid-1960’s to 2008), several core and reverse circulation drilling campaigns have been completed by
previous owners, with a cumulative total of 6,265 m. Little systematic exploration completed.
•The large size of the property package coupled with the complexity of mineralization styles indicates a clear need for
a careful and systematic approach to target definition. Since 2008 Minsud has completed extensive geological and
alteration mapping programs, geochemical, mineralogical and petrographic investigations, geophysical surveys
(magnetic and IP/Resistivity), prospecting, surface rock and channel sampling, and 86 drill holes totalling 14,751 m.
•Minsud’s exploration program represents a balance between systematic multidisciplinary exploration and prudent use
of limited funding in a poor financial market. The Chita South sector, the first area of concentrated drilling, has
reached the major milestone of Indicated Resource Estimation.

Chita Valley Project Highlights
www.minsud.com 4
• 174 km2 land position for exploring in a mining friendly province,
San Juan, Argentina.
• All Mineral Resources at a 0.25% Cu cut-off were classified as
Indicated or Inferred category based on the geological interpretation,
semi-variogram performance and drill hole spacing. A major
milestone is that the Company has a large proportion of Indicated
Resources, approximately 80% of the total Mineral Resources.
• Diagnostic and Column tests indicate that the deposit is amenable to
low cost Bioleach SX-EW processing to obtain LME grade cathode
Cu metal.
• Project lies between 2,800 & 3,500 meters (ASL) elevation, is
glacier free.
• 35 km from Bellavista, Dto Iglesia, is all season accessible by 4WD
vehicle.
• All season water supply on the Property;
• Excellent logistic facilities and service from nearby locations;
• A 132 Kv electrical power transmission line is located approximately
20 km east of the Property. A transformer station to 500 Kw is
currently under construction at Bauchazeta Road that is the access
road to the project.

BACKGROUND
• Minera Sud Argentina (“MSA”) acquired the core properties between 2006 and 2010. Early work funded by
Argentine investors.
• March 2011: Minsud Resources Corp (TSXV) raises C$ 5,500,000 @ C$0.40/share in Brokered Private Placement.
• 2012 to 2018: A series of Non Brokered Private Placements funded by long term “MSA” investors @ C$0.19 to
0.10/share.
RESULTANT EXPLORATION STRATEGY
• 2006-2011: MSA compilation of previous work, geological mapping and surface sampling, 3 drill holes at
Chinchillones area.
• 2011: Minsud completes 16 diamond drill holes totaling 3,360 m in five areas, primarily testing low-sulphidation
veins.
• 2012-2015: Systematic early-stage exploration program; orthophoto base map, surface geology and
alteration mapping, ground magnetics, IP/Resistivity survey and surface channel sampling.
• 2014-2017: Focus shifts to Chita Porphyry and SX-EW Cu potential. Indicated Resources established.
• 2018-??: Test Chita and Chinchillones Porphyries for Primary chalcopyrite-bornite zone.

2014 – 2017: Chita Porphyry (PSU Cu Resources Area)
10
• Due to limited financing Minsud focused on the southern Chita Porphyry (“PSU”) sector as a relatively
easy and inexpensive target to test. Key factors included:
• Known Cu-Mo-Au-Ag mineralization from surface mapping/sampling and a few scattered historical
drill holes.
• The presence surface oxidation and supergene enrichment of Cu presented a relatively inexpensive
to explore shallow and develop conceptual target.
• Current Drilling database for resource estimation consists of 74 core holes and 1 RC hole totalling
11,725.7 m and 150 m, respectively.
• Initial Resource estimate published in April, 2015.
• Latest Resource estimate published in February, 2018.
• Mineral processing test results including bioleaching (“SET”) diagnostic tests and 60 cm bioleaching
column tests indicate good Cu recoveries (~80%).
• Chita Porphyry (PSU+PNO) and Chinchillones (Breccia and porphyry) have untested potential for
increasing enrichment zone Cu resources. Potential primary Cu-Mo-Ag-Au mineralization including classic
chalcopyrite-bornite, chalcopyrite-pyrite zones largely untested in both areas.

Chita South Porphyry –Resource Statement
12
In mid-March 2018 Minsud will file a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report and Mineral Resource
Estimate on the Chita Deposit. The Mineral Resource Estimate considers copper as a primary consideration
along with molybdenum, gold and silver mineralization, all of which is potentially amenable to surface mining.
The latest estimate was published in February 7, 2018. See www.sedar.com
(1) Mineral resources which are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. The estimate of mineral resources may be materially
affected by environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-political, marketing, or other relevant issues. It is noted that no specific issues have
been identified as yet.
(2)The quantity and grade of reported Inferred resources in this estimation are uncertain in nature and there has been insufficient exploration to define
these Inferred resources as an Indicated or Measured mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in upgrading them to an
Indicated or Measured mineral resource category.
(3) Mineral Resources were estimated utilizing Gemcom software and conventional block modeling within 3D wireframes defined on a 0.30% Cu cut-off,
capped composites and inverse distance grade interpolation.
(4)The mineral resources in this report were estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), CIM Standards on
Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by the CIM
Council.

Other Target Areas – Chinchillones Complex
13
• The Chinchillones Complex overlaps the Brechas Vacas and Chita Properties and covers an area of
approximately 2 km2. The prospect is markedly similar to the Chita Porphyry comprising three successive stages
as follows:
• An early stage of epizonal porphyritic intermediate to felsic intrusions and associated satellite veins,
intruded into the sediments of the Agua Negra Formation,
• Diatreme breccias as a result of contact of magma with a water table, associated with volcanic and
volcaniclastic eruptions, and
• Culminating with a shallow epithermal late stage
• Current Drilling database for entire area consists of 11 core holes and 4 historic RC holes completed between
1996 and 2011.
• 2012-2015: Systematic early-stage exploration program; surface geology and alteration mapping, ground
magnetics, IP/Resistivity survey and surface channel sampling.
• Ongoing exploration proposal
• Infill IP/Resistivity survey to 200 m line spacing.
• Diamond drilling program.

Other Target Areas – Low to Intermediate Sulphidation Veins
17
• The Chita Valley Project contains numerous veins of intermediate to low sulphidation quartz-base metal +/-
Au-Ag mineralization in various igneous and sedimentary lithologies and breccias. These are found throughout
the Project from Placetas Porphyry – Horsetail Veins area in the west to the eastern boundary of the Minas de
Pinto Sector.
• Previous Work: There are numerous historical surface prospecting, sampling, and rudimentary underground
tunneling sites located throughout the Chita Valley Project area. No records of early work are available to
Minsud. In 2006, Silex Argentina S.A. ("Silex") carried out surface channel sampling and 22 diamond drill holes
(2,631m) in the Pinto area. The exploration program indicated the few veins tested to be persistent, but marginal
in terms of precious metal grade. More recent surface channel sampling by Minsud has located a number of high
grade Au-Ag veins that have not been fully evaluated.
• The Minas de Pinto sector is an easterly trending swarm of discontinuous quartz veins containing variable
concentrations of polymetallic sulphides and localized Au-Ag mineralization traceable for 4.0 km along strike.
The veins cut various lithologies including Devonian-Carboniferous sediments (Agua Negra Formation),
Carboniferous-Permian granodiorite (Colanguil Batholith), and Mid to Upper Tertiary volcaniclastics and
andesitic porphyry (Chita Valley Complex). Several corridors comprising multiple veins and stockworks are
present.
• 2018 Epithermal Vein surface channel sampling in the northwestern part of Chita Porphyry revealed
significant indications of Au-Ag mineralization. One of the better veins in terms of Au and Ag grade and
consistency, Veta Overa, disappears beneath overburden cover.
• Proposed Work: The Company believes that the many veins are inadequately tested at present. However, a
major work program would be required and at present this is not financially feasible.
