Social Bookmarking

Many people are using public, online bookmarking services

These sites help to put an end to what can be aimless searching by categorizing the information using “tags” (unique keywords)

-Ex: If you find a great site that lists the 50 best free software programs for teachers

Suggested tags: education, software, free stuff

Using Delicious

If you want to find what anyone else has saved using the same tag, put the tag word at the end of the following: Delicious/tag/yourtaghere

Teachers sometimes have students all tag their links under one name (Ex. RJ101) that is unique to see collaborative class efforts.
