Causes of unemployement Today 24% of youth (18-25 years )are

unemployed without distinction of age, gender or living place.

What conditions allow youth unemployement to occur ?

- unfavorable economic environnement

- inappropriate education

Envision solution In order to reduce the rate of unemployement, many factors can be improved :

Education curricula changes Social business Public programms Governmental initiatives/policies


We will focus on the modification of the educationnal system

Our solution To make it work, one of the things we

could do is : Tailor education to suit the job market

Inspirate from the german system : Hauptschule, Realschule, and Gymnasium Youth of 11 will be able to choose a

direction in their studies and decide if they want to study for a long or short time

Allow students to acquire a knowledge about work market in creating a new subject. It should give them the keys to find a job after they get their diploma

Give them the possibility to meet people who already get an important work experience (conferences, meetings, …)

Integrate youth to the world of work by organising many internships during their studies

Or developp the system of the co-op program provides work experiences for students

Our solution can’t help the youth who are nowadays unemployed

Also the results of this idea will not be measurable until 10 years
