Hailing from the Barossa Valley in South Australia, a region well renowned

for producing some of Australia’s best Shiraz grapes. The fruit for Whiz

Bang has been meticulously sourced from some of the Barossa’s best

vineyards. In the winery Whiz Bang Shiraz has been carefully crafted

to be approachable in its youth, however it will age well for up to

5 years. Whiz Bang is the perfect partner for casual barbeques

or pizza’s with friends and is delightful with aged cheddar or

pecorino cheeses to finish a meal.

The Barossa Valley Cheese Company opened its doors in March 2003 in the idyllic Barossa town of Angaston, rapidly claiming its place in the region’s celebrated wine and food culture. The Barossa Valley Camembert is a white mould cheese, matured for four weeks before being released. This achieves a slight mushroom, fungal aroma with a mild creamy palate that will develop to become full, rich and luscious. Available at all Chalk and Cheese stores
