You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility

for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for

Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent the eligible dependents will

generally include your spouse and eligible children.

and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an

ment and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to

actively manage all aspects of your health + care.

Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and

participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you

need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.

Health Club Reimbursement

Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic

club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees

up to an annual maximum of 240 EUR.

S.A./N.V. Some of the medical benefits include in the plan:

Time Off Time Off

As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off

from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Annual leave time at the

rate of 21 days per year will be available to each associate and it will accrue on a weekly basis be-

ginning on your date of hire.

In addition to vacation days, the following time off are provided: 10 time credit days

5 additional days for exempt associates

Illness

Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home

from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eli-

gible associates:

Associate Assistance Program

Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to

provide Cerner with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid

counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this ser-

vice via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Di-

rections’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.

Confidential Counseling

3 visits per issue at no cost for associates and family members

Help addressing stress, depression, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, work related

problems

Childcare and eldercare referrals

Financial and legal referrals

Meal Vouchers are provided to associates through our Partner, Sodexo, at the rate of 7 EUR per working day.
